To All Councillors

You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 4th July 2023 at 7.30 pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year. Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.

  2. Apologies for Absence.
  3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
  4. The notes of the last Parish Council Meeting, the Annual Meeting, held on 16th May 2023 – for approval, and to note the notes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 16th May 2023
  5. Finance 2023-23 – to note required papers submitted to PKF Littlejohn and added to website.
  6. Finance 2023-24
  1. To receive updated financial statements noting receipts and payments made since the last meeting, including the receipt of a further £171 in CIL funding from NKDC.
  2. To approve payments including Clerk £ (June, July) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 3 due 19/7/23), and any others that become due.
  3. Final accounts from the Coronation event

  1. Updates from LALC, LCC, NKDC, YMCA, ICO, including LALC AGM on 29th June.
  2. LCC – offer of Litter Picking Kits
  3. NKDC – various post-election communications.

  2. Planning application - 23/0678/HOUS - Rock Barn 10A Fen Road - Erection of single storey rear extension, erect a single-storey open carport to the side of the existing property and erection of single garage to the side of the new proposed carport – to agree response.
