To All Councillors

You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 7th November 2023 at 7.30 pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year. Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.

  1. Welcome
  2. Apologies for Absence.
  3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
  4. The notes of the Parish Council Meeting, held on 5th September 2023 and the extra Parish Council meeting held on 17th October 2023 – for approval.
  5. Finance 2023-24
  1. To receive updated financial statements noting any receipts and payments made since the last meeting.
  2. To note payments made by Direct Debit since the last meeting, ICO £35 (DPA fee), as agreed.
  3. To approve payments including Clerk £ (October/November) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 8 due 19/12/23), and any others that become due.
  4. Bank signatories – to agree and complete forms.
  5. To consider cost of living pay increase for the Clerk.
  6. To note VAT claim submitted for November 2022 to October 2023 inclusive.
  7. To note Annual CIF report submitted to NKDC for 2022-23 (deadline 31st December 2023)
  1. Finance 2024-25 – to consider draft budget.
  2. Clerk’s Report and Correspondence received.
  1. Updates from LALC, LCC, NKDC.
  2. NKDC Parish Litter Picking Grant offer
  3. NKDC Conservation Officer – Local List Of Non-Designated Heritage Assets – to arrange a visit?
  4. Mid-Lincs CAB – request for funding
  5. NKDC – enquiry re streetlighting maintained by the Parish Council
  6. Heckington Area Voluntary Car Service AGM on Wednesday 22 November 2023
  7. Lloyds Bank Statements and any other correspondence received.
