You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 7th March 2023 at 7.30 pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year. Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.

  4. The notes of the last Parish Council Meeting, held on 3rd January 2023 – for approval
  5. Finance 2022-23
  1. To receive updated financial statements noting receipts and payments made since the last meeting.
  2. To approve payments including Clerk £ (February & March) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 12 due 19/4/23), LALC Subscription (£76.04, not including ATS) and any others that become due.
  3. To note that Mrs Gascoyne has agreed to carry out the Internal Audit, as required.
