You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 3rd January 2023 at 7.30 pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year. Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.

2. Apologies for Absence.
3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
4. The notes of the last Parish Council Meeting, held on 1 st November 2022 – for approval
5. Finance 2022-23
i. To receive updated financial statements noting receipts (inc VAT repayment of £102.69) and payments made since the last meeting.
ii. To approve payments including Clerk £ (December and January) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 9 due 19/1/23), and any others that become due.
iii. To note appointment by SAAA of PKF Littlejohn as the External Auditor for 2022-23 to 2025-26.
6. Finance 2023-24
i. To note information received from NKDC re Tax Base etc.
ii. To agree Budget and Precept for 2023-24
7. Clerk’s Report and Correspondence received
i. Updates from LALC, LCC, NKDC, YMCA, ICO
ii. The Pension Regulator – confirmation of compliance with redeclaration.
iii. Lloyds Bank Statements and any other correspondence received
8. Policing update – Policing Priorities, Sleaford Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team
9. Highways Matters and flooding – Update on Culvert works, remedial road surfacing by Viking Link and any outstanding or new issues, village parking
