You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 2nd July 2024 at 7.30 pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year.

Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.

  2. Apologies for Absence.
  3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
  4. Co-option – to consider any candidates for co-option to fill the vacancy arising from the resignation of Amy Lennox, and co-opt as appropriate.
  5. Annual Finance 2023-24
  • To note confirmation from PKF-Littlejohn, SBA, of acceptance of the Exemption Certificate 2023-24.
  • To note any response during the period for the exercise of public rights.
  1. Finance 2024-25
  • To receive updated financial statements noting receipts and payments made since the last meeting, including £10 donation to Great Hale Parish Council for the D-Day wreath.
  • To approve payments including Clerk (May and June) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 4 due 19/07/24) and any others that become due.

  2. Travellers on Little Hale Fen – ref Enforcement Notice issued by NKDC 19th January, to take effect from 20th February, compliance with conditions within 13 months maximum – update if any.
  3. 24/0408/HOUS and 24/0411/LBC - Repair and restoration to bake house outbuilding, Manor House 8 Fen Road NG34 9BD - to note approved by NKDC 23rd May 2024
