You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 7th May 2024 at 7.45 pm, following the Annual Parish Meeting.
Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year.
- Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman
- Apologies for Absence.
- Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011.
- Code of Conduct - to re-adopt.
- General Power of Competence – to re-declare eligibility and adoption.
- The notes of the previous meeting, held on 5th March 2024 – to approve.
- Annual Finance 2023-24
- To receive the Internal Auditor’s Report
- To approve the Exemption Certificate 2023-24, for submission to the External Auditor
- To approve the Statement of Governance for the year ending 31st March 2024
- To approve the Statement of Parish Council Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2024
- To note the period for the exercise of public rights.
- Finance 2024-25
- To receive updated financial statements noting receipts and payments made since the last meeting, including receipt of the precept (£2,800) from NKDC and a further CIL payment received.
- To approve payments including Clerk (March and April) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 2 due 19/06/24), Insurance (renewal due 1st June), Mrs Gascoyne Internal Audit, Burial Board Contribution, Little Hale Chapel (room hire) and any others that become due.

- Invitation from Great Hale Parish Council to join D-Day wreath-laying event 10.00, 6th June at the Cemetery and purchase of a wreath.
