To All Councillors
You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 9 th January 2024 at 7.30 pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year. Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.
1. Welcome
2. Apologies for Absence.
3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
4. The notes of the Parish Council Meeting, held on 7 th November 2023 – for approval.
5. Finance 2023-24
i. To receive updated financial statements noting any receipts and payments made since the last meeting, including VAT claim payment received in November.
ii. To approve payments including Clerk £ (December/January) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 10 due 19/02/24), and any others that become due.
iii. Bank signatories – to agree and complete forms.
iv. To consider cost of living pay increase for the Clerk.
6. Finance 2024-25 – to agree budget, including increase in Clerk’s salary, and set precept.
7. Clerk’s Report and Correspondence received.
i. Updates from LALC, LCC, NKDC.
ii. Lloyds Bank Statements and any other correspondence received.
8. Policing update
i. NSK Policing Priority Setting Feedback Form – deadline 4 Dec 2023 – to note submitted.
9. Highways Matters and flooding.
i. Willow Grange – update on breach of planning conditions re hedge obstructing highway.
ii. Flooding – to note impact of recent storm and to consider proposal for alternative pipe to divert water away ‘from lamppost culvert’ as discussed with Rowan Smith
10. Broadband Update
i. Update on current works and take-up
ii. Quickline Community Fund – any update.

i. Planning Application 23/0932/FUL Land Adjacent To 2 Fen Road Conversion and extension of existing outbuilding to form 2 holiday lets – to note agreed 11th December 2023.
ii. Planning Application 23/1021/FUL Development of a photovoltaic solar array (49.995MW export capacity) with associated grid corridor works, access improvements and ancillary development. Land South of Little Hale Drove Little Hale Fen – update if any.
iii. Conservation Officer – Listed Buildings, Heritage Assets – report from visit
