You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 5th November 2024 at 7.30 pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year.
Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum. On this occasion this will include Mr Alan Broom, speaking on behalf of the Burial Board.

- Minutes of the previous meeting, 3rd September 2024, for approval.
- Finance 2024-25
i. To receive updated financial statements noting any receipts and payments made since the last meeting, including the Direct Debit 2nd November, payable to the ICO for Data Protection Registration
ii. To approve payments including Clerk (September/October) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 7 due 19/11/24) and any others that become due.
iii. Banking
• to confirm appointment of Cllr Jenkins as signatory and set up online authorisations.
• to note forthcoming changes to the bank account.
