To All Councillors

You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 5th March 2024 at 7.30 pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year.

Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.  

 

Luke Rogers, representing AGR, developers of the proposed Solar Farm on Little Hale Fen will be attending the meeting, to take questions.

  2. Apologies for Absence.
  3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
  4. The notes of the Parish Council Meeting, held on 9th January 2024 – for approval.
  5. Finance 2023-24
  1. To receive updated financial statements noting any receipts and payments made since the last meeting and note the projected end of year figures.
  2. To approve payments including Clerk £ (February) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 12 due 19/04/24), and any others that become due.
  3. Bank signatories – to confirm and complete forms.
  1. Finance 2024-25 – to note precept form submitted 19th January.
  2. Clerk’s Report and Correspondence received.
  1. Updates from LALC, LCC, NKDC.
  2. Lincolnshire Community Foundation - Rural England Prosperity Fund grants
  3. LCC Electric Vehicle Charging Survey
  4. King’s Portrait
  5. NKDC – Cllr Ogden’s resignation and arrangements for election on 21st March
  6. Lloyds Bank Statements and any other correspondence received.
  1. Policing update
  1. Lincolnshire PCC – to note Lincolnshire Environmental Crime Partnership, Fraud Awareness packs available, changes to the PCC Safer Together Team and Parish Council Engagement Sessions
  1. Highways Matters and flooding.
  1. Willow Grange – update on NKDC negotiations re breach of planning conditions re hedge obstructing highway.
  2. Flooding – to receive update on latest situation and possible solutions and to consider the offer from LCC/NKDC to remove the streetlight.

  1. Planning Application 23/1021/FUL Development of a photovoltaic solar array (49.995MW export capacity) with associated grid corridor works, access improvements and ancillary development. Land South of Little Hale Drove Little Hale Fen – to note amendments 20th February.
  2. Travellers on Little Hale Fen – to note Enforcement Notice issued by NKDC 19th January, to take effect from 20th February, compliance with conditions within 13 months maximum.
