You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held virtually online using Zoom on Tuesday 3rd November 2020 at 7.30 pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend any Parish Council meeting during the year. In the case of virtual meetings, members of the public should notify the Clerk in good time before the meeting so that they can be sent an invitation to join the meeting.


1. Welcome.
2. Apologies for Absence.
3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011.
4. Notes of previous meetings to approve – 1st September and 15th October 2020.
5. Finance 2020-21.
i. To receive updated financial statements noting receipts and payments made since the last meeting.
ii. VAT Claim – to note claim submitted 29th October.
iii. To approve payments including Clerk’s salary (August & September) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc). including reimbursement of Data Protection Registration fee (£40), HMRC (mth 7 due 19/11/20), and any others that become due.
iv. To agree a Direct Debit arrangement for annual Data Protection Registration fees from November 2021, saving £5 per year.
6. Finance 2021-22 – to consider first draft of budget for 2021-22.

i. Covid-19 updates from LCC, NKDC, LALC and LRF.
ii. Heathwatch Lincs – Citizens’ Panel.
iii. Electoral Commission NKDC Boundary Review – to note consultation closed 19th October.

v. Community Lincs – Big Energy Saving Network.
vi. LALC AGM 13 October and County Committee Vacancies.
vii. NKDC Community Champions Awards.
viii. NKDC Draft Tree Strategy.

8. Policing update – NPT Newsletter 1st October.
9. Highways Matters – Potholes – update on Fen Road /Chapel Lane etc.
10. Flooding – update on issues re dyke behind the phone box including diversion of culvert to avoid streetlight..
11. Broadband Update – to receive update on the latest plans for Broadband to be installed.

i. 20/1345/DISCON and 20/1347/DISCON re Plot 1 and Plot 2 respectively, Land Off Fen Road Little Hale Sleaford Lincs discharge of conditions re trees, Archaeology and Ecology - to note approved by NKDC 20th October 2020.
ii. 20/1256/HOUS 19 Fen Road NG34 9BD Erection of front porch and pitched roof over garage – to note decision awaited.
13. Planning Inspectorate –
i. Viking Link – update if any.
ii. Triton Knoll – update if any.
14. Community Defibrillator and Phone box – update.
15. Dog Fouling.
16. Land at Pump Lane – update and finalise grant application (Sleaford REP) for associated costs.
17. Parish Website – to note progress on new accessible website and agree statements for Privacy, Accessibility and the use of Cookies, for publication.
18. Autumn Clean-up – to note outcome and consider plans for Spring 2021.
