To All Councillors

You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of the Parish Council to be held virtually online using Zoom on Tuesday 12th May 2020 at 7.00 pm. (please note the earlier than usual time)

 

Members of the public are also welcome to attend this Meeting. In the case of virtual meetings, members of the public should notify the Clerk in good time before the meeting so that they can be sent an invitation to join the meeting.

 

Given the nature of the planning applications to be discussed, Councillors having an interest, for example by knowing or working with one or both of the applicants, may like to consider applying for dispensation to take part in the meeting and vote, to ensure that the meeting is quorate. The format for the application for dispensation will be shared separately.
