You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held virtually online using Zoom on Tuesday 1st September 2020 at 7.30 pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend any Parish Council meeting during the year. In the case of virtual meetings, members of the public should notify the Clerk in good time before the meeting so that they can be sent an invitation to join the meeting.

2. Apologies for Absence.
3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
4. Notes of previous meetings to approve – 6th July 2020
5. Finance 2020-21
i. To receive updated financial statements noting receipts and payments made since the last meeting, including payment to LH Chapel as agreed at the last meeting
ii. To approve the recommendation by the working group of a 10% increase in the Clerk’s salary with effect from 1st August.
iii. To approve payments including Clerk’s salary (August & September) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 5 due 19/09/20), and any others that become due
6. Clerk’s Report and Correspondence received
i. Covid-19 updates from LCC, NKDC, LALC and LRF
ii. Lloyds Bank Statements and any other correspondence received
7. Policing update
8. Highways Matters – Potholes – update on Fen Road /Chapel Lane etc
9. Flooding – update on issues re dyke behind the phone box and remedial work planned.
10. Broadband Update – to receive update on the latest plans for Broadband to be installed.

ii. 20/0542/FUL Plot 1 Land Off Fen Road Little Hale Sleaford Lincs (the westernmost of the two plots) – to note approved by NKDC 20th July 2020
iii. 20/0544/FUL Plot 2 Land Off Fen Road Little Hale Sleaford Lincs (the easternmost of the two plots) – to note approved by NKDC 20th July 2020
