You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held virtually online using Zoom on Monday 6th July 2020 at 7.30 pm. (please note Monday)
Members of the public are also welcome to attend any Parish Council meeting during the year. In the case of virtual meetings, members of the public should notify the Clerk in good time before the meeting so that they can be sent an invitation to join the meeting.

i. Annual meeting, held on 5th May 2020

5. Annual Parish Meeting – to consider any requests to hold APM
6. Annual Finance 2019-20
i. To note Exemption form submitted to PKF Littlejohn, as required and papers published on the website 21st June 2020
7. Finance 2020-21
i. To receive updated financial statements noting receipts, including £70 (Gazebo) and payments made since the last meeting, including payment to Town & Country Electrical £65.28.
ii. To approve payments including Clerk £141.50 (June & July) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 4 due 19/08/20), Little Hale Chapel (use for meetings) and any others that become due
8. Clerk’s Report and Correspondence received
i. Covid-19 updates from LCC, NKDC, LALC and LRF
ii. Update from the independent Little Hale Covid-19 Group
iii. Lloyds Bank Statements and any other correspondence received
