To All Councillors
You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 21st July 2026 at 7.30 pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year.
Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.
1. Welcome and to note that this meeting replaces the inquorate meeting scheduled for 7th July.
2. Apologies for Absence.
3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011.
4. Minutes of the previous meeting, the Annual Meeting on 5th May 2026, for approval, and to note the draft minutes of the APM on 5th May 2026, to be approved at the 2027 APM
5. Finance 2025-26
i. To note Exemption certificate submitted and accepted
ii. To note the period for the exercise of public rights, completed on 14th July.
6. Finance 2026-27
i. To receive updated financial statements noting any receipts, etc., and payments made since the last meeting including Zurich Insurance £550.07,
ii. To approve payments including Clerk (May (Parish Council work) paid as agreed 15th June) and June (Cemetery and Parish Council ) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), paid as agreed 15th July, HMRC (mth 3, paid 15th June and mth 4 due 19/8/26), and any others that become due.
7. Clerk’s Report and Correspondence received.
i. Newsletters from LALC, LCC, NKDC, EA.
ii. LALC AGM 9th July – to note
iii. Updates from Cllrs Tarry and Collard

vi. Local Government Reorganisation – to note Government announcement expected 14th July.

8. Cemetery
i. to note the June Transactions report
ii. to approve the payment to reimburse the Clerk of Great Hale Parish Council for paint, etc., purchased for the LCC Councillor Volunteer Scheme’s work on the fencing and gates
iii. to consider the recommendation from the Clerk, on advice from LALC, to reply to Chattertons asking for the land to be registered in the names of the two Parish Councils as tenants in common (50:50), with Form A, Declaration of Trust and Absolute Freehold.
