You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 5th May 2026 at 7.45 pm, following the Annual Parish Meeting.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year.

 

  1. Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman
  2. Apologies for Absence.
  3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011.
  4. Minutes of the previous meeting, 3rd March 2026, for approval.
  5. Finance 2025-26
  • To receive the Internal Auditor’s Report
  • To approve the Exemption Certificate 2025-26, for submission to the External Auditor
  • To approve the Statement of Governance for the year ending 31st March 2026
  • To approve the Statement of Parish Council Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2026
  • To note the period for the exercise of public rights, 3rd June to 14th July.
  1. Finance 2026-27
  • To note the new bank account set up for the Cemetery transactions and the new accounting processes.
  • To receive updated financial statements noting any receipts, etc., and payments made since the last meeting, including the VAT claim £82.19, received on 25th March.
  • To approve payments including Clerk (March/April) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 2 due 19/6/26), Zurich Insurance,  and any others that become due.
