To All Councillors

You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 7th July 2026 at 7.30 pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year.

Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.

 

  1. Welcome
  2. Apologies for Absence.
  3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011.
  4. Minutes of the previous meeting, the Annual Meeting on 5th May 2026, for approval, and to note the draft minutes of the APM on 5th May 2026, to be approved at the 2027 APM
  5. Finance 2025-26
  1. To note Exemption certificate submitted and accepted
  2. To note the period for the exercise of public rights, continuing to 14th July.
  1. Finance 2026-27
  1. To receive updated financial statements noting any receipts, etc., and payments made since the last meeting including Zurich Insurance £550.07,
  2. To approve payments including Clerk (May (Parish Council work) paid as agreed 15th June) and June (Cemetery and Parish Council ) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), for payment 15th July, HMRC (mth 3, paid 15th June and mth 4 due 19/8/26), and any others that become due.

  7. Correspondence with a resident concerning Anti-Social Behaviour.

  1. to note the June Transactions report
  2. to approve the payment to reimburse the Clerk of Great Hale Parish Council for paint, etc., purchased for the LCC Councillor Volunteer Sceme’s work on the fencing and gates
  3. to consider the recommendation from the Clerk, on advice from LALC, to reply to Chattertons asking for the land to be registered in the names of the two Parish Councils as tenants in common (50:50), with Form A, Declaration of Trust and Absolute Freehold.

  3. Condition of pavements in the village – to note any reports on FixMyStreet

  5. Public Rights of Way – to note the permanent closure of Little Hale 5/1 and the diversion of the same made with effect from 1st July 2026.
