To All Councillors

You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 at 7.30 pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year.

Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.

  1. Welcome
  2. Apologies for Absence.
  3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
  4. Minutes of the previous meeting, 6th January 2026, for approval.
  5. Governance – Cemetery Management – to approve the revised draft Terms of Reference for the Great Hale and Little Hale Joint Burial Committee, to take effect from 1st April 2026. 
  6. Finance 2025-26
  1. To receive updated financial statements noting any receipts and payments made since the last meeting.
  2. To approve payments including for Clerk (January/February) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 11 due 19/03/26), LALC annual subscription 2026-27 £100.78 and LALC ATS (if agreed) £144 (inc VAT), and any others that become due.
  1. Finance 2026-27 – to note Precept claim submitted and receipt acknowledged.

  2. Planning Application 25/0914/BGS To establish Biodiversity Gain Site (without Planning permission) to create orchard and other neutral grassland. Land To The North Of Little Hale Drove NG34 9BG – awaiting decision by NKDC

  4. 26/0068/OHL Land Between Little Hale Fen Solar Scheme And Bicker Fen Substation - Application pursuant to Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989 (Section 37) for consent to construct three sections of overhead power lines which will form part of the grid connection from the approved Little Hale Fen solar scheme to National Grids Bicker Fen substation off Vicarage Drove, Boston Lincolnshire – to note NKDC raised no objections
