You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 2nd September 2025 at 7.30 pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year.

Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.

  1. To receive updated financial statements noting any receipts and payments, made since the last meeting, including reimbursement to Cllr Stapleton as agreed.
  2. To approve payments including agreeing new pay rate -NJC agreement- for Clerk -July/August- plus expenses -reimbursement of travel, stationery etc-, HMRC -mth 5 due 19/9/25-, CSW joining fee as previously agreed -awaiting invoice-.
