You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 4th March 2025 at 7.30 pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year. Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.
1. Welcome
2. Apologies for Absence.
3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
4. Minutes of the previous meeting, 7th January 2025, for approval.
5. Finance 2024-25
i. To receive updated financial statements noting any receipts, including VAT claim received, and payments, including reimbursement of fuel, made since the last meeting.
ii. To approve payments including Clerk - January/February - plus expenses - reimbursement of travel, stationery etc, HMRC - mth 11 due 19/3/25 - and any others that become due.
iii. Banking – to note introduction of monthly fees and progress of changes in mandate, appointment of Cllr Jenkins as signatory and online authorisations. 6. Clerk’s Report and Correspondence received. i. Newsletters from LALC, LCC, NKDC, EA.
ii. Updates from Cllrs Tarry and Collard.
iii. NKDC – invitation to attend Town and Parish Council Forum 10th April
iv. Lloyds Bank Statements and any other correspondence received.

9. Highways Matters and flooding.
i. Willow Grange – update on NKDC negotiations re breach of planning conditions re hedge obstructing highway.
ii. Flooding – feedback from Section 19 visit to the village by LCC’s consultants, LCC Reports received via LALC
iii. Fen Road resurfacing January/February 2025 - update

i. Planning Application 23/1021/FUL Development of a photovoltaic solar array - 49.995MW export capacity - with associated grid corridor works, access improvements and ancillary development. Land South of Little Hale Drove Little Hale Fen – update if any.
ii. Travellers on Little Hale Fen – ref Enforcement Notice issued by NKDC 19th January, to take effect from 20th February 2024, compliance with conditions within 13 months maximum – update if any.
iii. Planning Application 24/1265/FUL Erection of 99MW Battery Energy Storage System - BESS - and associated infrastructure Land Lying to The South of Little Hale Drove Little Hale Fen Sleaford NG34 9BG – update if any.
iv. Planning Application 25/0172/FUL Conversion and extension of existing outbuilding to form a single storey self-build dwelling Land Adjacent To 2 Fen Road
v. Central Lincolnshire Local Plan - Design Code – consultation starting 26th February.
12. Planning Inspectorate Matters - NSIPs
i. Ecotricity, Heckington Fen - Solar Park – to note development consent decision announced 24th January 2025 Little Hale Parish Council
ii. Anglian Water – proposed Reservoir – updates if any iii. Beacon Hill North Solar Farm – to note Development Consent application due to be submitted in March 2025 iv. Pathfinder Clean Energy - PACE - solar farm and battery energy storage system - BESS - “Gauntlet Solar Farm & BESS” on land at Swineshead PE20 3PQ - to note consultation events being arranged.
v. Ossian Transmission – new application
