You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 4th November 2025 at 7.30 pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this and any Parish Council meeting during the year.

Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of the meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.

  4. Minutes of the previous meeting, 2nd September 2025, for approval.
  5. Finance 2025-26
  1. To receive updated financial statements noting any receipts and payments, made since the last meeting, including Direct Debit to the ICO and the CSW joining fee as previously agreed
  2. To approve payments including for Clerk - September/October- plus expenses - reimbursement of travel, stationery etc - HMRC - mth 7 due 19/11/25 - .
  3. Cybersecurity and .gov.uk email addresses – update from LALC on requirements and Clerk’s report on options and costs - to agree next steps

Planning Application 25/0809/HOUS Loft conversion to provide first floor living accommodation with associated new window to the northern elevation, a new French door with Juliette balcony to southern elevation and rooflights to eastern elevation - part retrospective - Cornerstones 29B Fen Road NG34 9BD – to note approved 4th September
  3. Planning Application 25/0839/FUL Proposed single storey custom self-build dwelling. Land Adjacent To 2 Fen Road NG34 9BD – to note approved 16th September
  4. Planning Application 25/0914/BGS To establish Biodiversity Gain Site - without Planning permission- to create orchard and other neutral grassland. Land To The North Of Little Hale Drove NG34 9BG – awaiting decision by NKDC

Planning Application Reserved matters application for the erection of 1no dwelling - appearance, landscaping, layout & scale - pursuant to outline consent 23/0587/OUT – Outline application for a proposed dwelling with landscaping for consideration.
