You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council to be held virtually online using Zoom on Tuesday 4th May 2021 at 7.30 pm.
Members of the public are also welcome to attend the Annual Meeting, as well as any Parish Council meeting during the year. In the case of virtual meetings, links to the meetings are listed on the agenda and the website.
1. Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman
2. Apologies for Absence.
3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
4. The notes of the previous meeting, held on 2nd March 2021 – to approve
5. Annual Parish Meeting – to note that the meeting of Electors, normally held on the same day as the Annual Meeting, is not able to take place during the current Covid-19 restrictions. The current regulations regarding virtual meetings do not extend to APMs.
6. Annual Finance 2020-21
i. To receive the Internal Auditor’s Report
ii. To approve the Exemption Certificate 2020-21, for submission to the External Auditor
iii. To approve the Statement of Governance for the year ending 31st March 2021
iv. To approve the Statement of Parish Council Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2021
7. Finance 2021-22
i. To receive updated financial statements noting receipts and payments made since the last meeting, including receipt of the precept (£2200) from NKDC.
ii. To approve payments including Clerk £ (May and June) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 1 due 19/05/21), Zurich Insurance (renewal due 1st June), Mrs Gascoyne Internal Audit, LALC Subscriptions, and any others that become due.
