To All Councillors

You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 5th July 2022 at 7.30 pm.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this Meeting, as well as any Parish Council meeting during the year. Ten minutes prior to the start of the business of meeting are set aside for a Public Forum.

  2. Apologies for Absence.
  3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
  4. The notes of the Annual Meeting, held on 3rd May 2022 – to approve, and to note the draft minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting on 3rd May, for approval at the next APM
  5. Annual Finance 2021-22
  1. To note the acknowledgement of the Exemption Certificate 2021-22, by the External Auditor and public rights period underway 13th June to 22nd July.

  1. To receive updated financial statements noting receipts and payments made since the last meeting, including reimbursements re the Jubilee celebrations.
  2. To approve payments including Clerk £ (July and August) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 4 due 19/08/22), Jubilee expenses, and any others that become due.
  3. To receive financial summary from the Jubilee event.
