You are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council to be held at the Chapel, Chapel Lane, Little Hale on Tuesday 3rd May 2022 at 7.45 pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend the Annual Meeting, as well as any Parish Council meeting during the year.
1. Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman
2. Apologies for Absence.
3. Declaration of Interests and any Dispensations sought under the Localism Act 2011
4. The notes of the previous meeting, held on 1st March 2022 – to approve
5. Annual Finance 2021-22
i. To receive the Internal Auditor’s Report
ii. To approve the Exemption Certificate 2021-22, for submission to the External Auditor
iii. To approve the Statement of Governance for the year ending 31st March 2022
iv. To approve the Statement of Parish Council Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2022
6. Finance 2022-23
i. To receive updated financial statements noting receipts and payments made since the last meeting, including receipt of the precept (£2,300) and CIL payment (£1,143.30) from NKDC.
ii. To approve payments including Clerk £ (May and June) plus expenses (reimbursement of travel, stationery etc), HMRC (mth 1 due 19/05/22), Insurance (renewal due 1st June), Mrs Gascoyne Internal Audit, LALC Subscriptions, Councillor’s reimbursements, Burial Board and any others that become due.
